Sir Everard Digby, is the son of Everard Digby Senior of Stoke Dry, Rutland and Maria Neale of Keythorpe, Leicestershire. His lands and title are forfeited to the Crown due to his involvement in the Gunpowder Plot including Donington-le-Heath Manor House.  
He is
Lady Mary Digby’s husband and is the father of Kenelm Digby.
